Financial Aid

The UC Berkeley Financial Aid Office calculates aid awards to meet the needs of students participating in the UCDC program.  The UCDC program recommends that students consult with the financial aid office to determine their individual need and eligibility as it relates to the UCDC program costs. Email travelaid@berkeley.edu to set up a personal appointment.

Other Campus Sources of Funding

Check with your academic department to see if grants or awards are available for undergraduate students pursuing research. Here's an example of funding opportunities.

We also encourage you to conduct a broader scholarship search.  One useful resource is UCB’s Scholarship Connection: http://scholarships.berkeley.edu/.  Another is the Alumni Association: http://alumni.berkeley.edu/community/scholarships
